"What is the difference between the Multi Collagen Advanced Detox† and Multi Collagen Protein? "Updated 3 months ago

Both Multi Collagen Advanced Detox† and Multi Collagen Protein offer 10 types of collagen from multiple sources, including our proprietary fermented eggshell membrane collagen. Both products support whole-body collagen benefits, like healthy hair, skin, nails, joints and gut.† Both products also include 2 billion CFUs (at time of manufacture) of a resilient SBO (soil-based organism) probiotic strain called Bacillus coagulans. Multi Collagen Protein offers four sources of collagen (hydrolyzed bovine hide collagen peptides, fermented eggshell membrane collagen, chicken bone broth protein concentrate, hydrolyzed fish collagen peptides). Multi Collagen Advanced Detox† offers ten sources of collagen (hydrolyzed bovine hide collagen peptides, fermented eggshell membrane collagen, chicken bone broth protein concentrate, beef bone broth protein concentrate, hydrolyzed fish collagen peptides, grassfed bovine trachea cartilage extract, heart, liver, kidney, and stomach). Plus, it includes bovine MCHA. (Please see NOTE on what MCHA is.) Multi Collagen Advanced Detox† includes a Detox† blend of organic reishi mycelium, fulvic acid mineral extract, organic fermented milk thistle seed, organic fermented burdock root, organic fermented dandelion root, and organic apple cider vinegar. NOTE: *MCHA is microcrystalline hydroxyapatite, a compound derived from processing whole bovine bones, which gives bones their rigidity. Overall, MCHA contains highly absorbable calcium and phosphorus (along with other bone-supporting minerals or nutrients, such as magnesium, a calcium-binding protein called osteocalcin, collagen and bone growth factors like IGF-I and IGF-II), which are major minerals or nutrients found in bones. The body uses these nutrients to maintain healthy bones and connective tissues.
