How do I access my points on the previous rewards program?Updated 4 months ago
In August 2025, we transitioned to a new Rewards Program. At that time, we emailed all existing Rewards members to inform them of the change. That email also included your current points balance and corresponding promo codes for future purchases.
As part of the new program, your existing points were converted into one-time-use coupon codes.
The email was titled "Important: Your Points Have Been Converted + What’s New," so you can search for it in your inbox.
