How do I redeem rewards for free product or a discount on my subscription?Updated 6 months ago
To redeem points and add a Reward Discount coupon to an existing upcoming subscription:
- Log into your account and click on the "Subscriptions" tab.
- Choose to redeem a discount of $5, $10, $15, or $20 and click "Redeem" to copy the code you wish to use.
- Copy your code to your upcoming subscription order. You can do this any time in the month before your order is processed. (Please note you may only use one discount code per order. If you already know your reward code, you can skip this step. If you already redeemed your coupon, but forgot your reward code, you can find it in your account under Rewards History)
