My Tier changed from Elite to VIP- can you tell me why?Updated 19 days ago

Your tier status term is based on a rolling year- a 12-month period once you reach a tier status. Based on your annual spending, you will fall into one of three tiers. Once you have reached Ancient VIP or Ancient Elite status, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you unlocked it. You must continue to interact with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier!). If you hit the highest tier, but then don't maintain the tier criteria, you will drop in status after one year.
