How do access my account?Updated 8 months ago

To access your subscription account, sign into your account at ancientnutrition.com. Once signed in, click on the 'Subscriptions' tab in your account. 


Having trouble? There are a few reasons why you may not be able to access your account:


Your password is incorrect: You can select “Forgot your password?” on the login page to send a password reset link to your email address. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder and ensure your account was previously activated.


Your account is under a different email address: Please check your email confirmation from a previous order to identify which email the account belongs to. 


Your account was never activated via email: While you may have an Ancient Nutrition subscription, if the account is not activated from your email, you will not be able to log in and make changes. Please search in your email for “Customer Account Activation” to find the original invite email. If you suspect your account has not been previously activated, you can create a new account using the same email from your purchase and your subscription will automatically appear here.
