How do I add rewards to my subscription?Updated 2 months ago

To redeem points and add a reward discount coupon to an existing upcoming subscription:

Step 1: 

- Log into your account and click on the person icon at the top corner of the page. 

- Navigate to the Rewards tab where you can "Redeem Points for Discounts" and choose to redeem a discount of $5, $10, $15, or $20. 

- Click to redeem your coupon and make sure you copy the discount code it brings up. (Please note you may only use one discount code per order. If you already know your reward code, you can skip this step. If you already redeemed your coupon, but forgot your reward code, you can find it in your account under Rewards History) 

Step 2: 

- Go back into your account by clicking on the person icon in the top corner and navigating to the Subscriptions tab. Select "Add discount"

- This will pull up a box where you can paste your discount code and click the arrow to confirm. If there is already a discount code in showing, you must delete that first. 

- Your discount is now attached to the next subscription- You can do this any time in the month before your order is processed.

To redeem points and add a reward product to an existing upcoming subscription:

- Log into your account up to 4 days prior to when your subscription is set to process and click on the person icon at the top corner of the page. 

- Navigate to the Subscriptions tab 

- A Blue Bar will appear on the top of your page with your available rewards points balance

- Select "View Rewards"

- View the available rewards products in the popup window and select the products you would like to add to your upcoming subscription

- Once you select your product the page will refresh and you will see your product added to your upcoming subscription
