How do I pay and get reimbursed through Truemed?Updated 16 days ago

ONE-TIME PURCHASES - Once an item has been added to cart, proceed to checkout. Make sure you are checking out as a guest (not signed into ShopPay) and Truemed will populate as a payment option. After clicking "Pay Now," you will be redirected to complete a clinical intake form and then enter your HSA/FSA payment details.

If you want to use a non-HSA/FSA card and get reimbursed, you will still need to go through the process above in order for Truemed to collect the information needed to issue a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). Enter your non-HSA/FSA payment info at the end of the survey. You will then upload your LMN and receipt to their HSA/FSA portal in order to be reimbursed. Steps to do so are here. 

SUBSCRIPTIONS - Please add a subscription item to your cart and checkout as normal. Afterwards, visit Truemed's qualification link below to get qualified for reimbursement. From there you can submit your receipts to your HSA/FSA. https://app.truemed.com/qualify/tm_qual_r4g7zz3v4g
