It’s our privilege to stand behind Ancient Nutrition’s 30-day money-back guarantee.
To process a return or exchange, head over to our Returns Portal, or reach out to our Customer Experience Team.
Please follow the directions provided by our Customer Experience team in order for your return to be received and processed appropriately. Our team will help with a return label or carrier pickup if required. Should you send items back without using our return label, we will not be able to reimburse you for that expense.
Please note that items returned without prior contact with the Ancient Nutrition Customer Experience Team, or packages “Returned to Sender”, may not be properly identified, which can either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address, or returns that are lost in transit, may not be eligoible for return. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, you will not be refunded.
