Once your refund has been processed, please allow 3–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

For security reasons, all refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We are unable to refund a different card or payment method.

If your original card has expired or been replaced, your bank can typically route the refund to your updated account. We recommend contacting your bank directly if you have any concerns about receiving your refund.
