If your order arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Experience Team or you can process an exchange through our Returns Portal.
Please note that items returned without prior contact or packages that are “Returned to Sender” may not be properly identified, which can either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address are not Ancient Nutrition's responsibility to refund or replace.
