If you are not able to sign for your package with UPS, you will receive a notice for redelivery or the package will be taken to the nearest UPS Access Point for pickup. We encourage you to check your tracking link often to ensure you receive any important updates.
You can also sign up for an online account with UPS to manage your shipments, including “pre-signing” for packages, rerouting, and adding hold instructions.
