We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Processing Fees
Orders placed through our website are eligible for free returns when Checkout+ return coverage is selected at checkout. If not selected, an $8 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges receive free returns, regardless of Checkout+ enrollment.

Return Guidelines
To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Access our Returns Portal or contact our Customer Experience Team.
• Returns without prior contact, or packages marked “Return to Sender,” may be delayed or ineligible for a refund.
• Items returned after 30 days, or shipped to the wrong address, may not be refunded
• Returns that do not arrive at and are not processed by our warehouse will not be eligible for a refund.
  

Shipping & Fees

Some returns may qualify for a prepaid return label or pickup. If you ship items back at your own expense, we’re unable to reimburse those costs.

Fair Use Policy

Our policy is designed to be generous, but excessive, unreasonable, or fraudulent return behavior may result in denied requests or blocked future purchases. Some returns may only qualify for exchange or be subject to a processing fee.
