Points will expire 12 months after the date they are earned. For example, if you earn points on December 1, 2023, those points will expire on December 1, 2024. The oldest accrued points will be used first for redemptions.

If I make a return, will I lose my points?

Yes- if you return an order for refund, the Rewards Points associated with that order will be reversed.

Do you offer a Refer a Friend program?

When does my reward specific promo code expire?

Your Rewards Promo code will expire 30 days after the date is has been issued and can only be used once.

Are Rewards available for Ancient Nutrition Canadian and CBD Stores?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not have a Reward Program set up on these stores.

Can I place an order with a Rewards Product only?

Unfortunately, the reward products will need to be added to a one-time order, or on an existing/new subscription. We are not able to ship rewards products on their own.

I created a Rewards Code, but didn't write it down- where do I find it?

Once you are logged into your account, you can find all your generated rewards codes under Rewards History. Once a code is generated it is valid for 30 days before expiring.

I placed an order, but didn’t create an account, can I receive Rewards retroactively?

Unfortunately you must create an account prior to placing the order for the points to be applied.
